Dr. Sanford M. Chesler has affiliated his podiatry practice with Arizona Orthopedic and Fracture Surgeons. Dr. Chesler attended UCLA and the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. He began his podiatry career in the US Air Force, where he was selected as Podiatry Consultant to the US Air Force Surgeon General. He retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service. He continued his federal service at Luke Air Force Base as Chief, Podiatry for the next 6 years. Dr. Chesler's focus is the treatment of adult and children foot and ankle conditions. He is board certified in both podiatric surgery and podiatric orthopedics. He has special interest in podiatric sports medicine, diabetic and vascular lower extremity wound care, and lower extremity movement and bracing.
